Tamar Appel Named Incoming Director of Education
Following a national search, Tamar Appel has been named Hidden Sparks’ incoming Director of Education, a position she will assume in the summer of 2022. Mrs. Appel comes to Hidden Sparks with extensive classroom and school leadership having taught for many years and having served as Assistant Principal of Ma’ayanot Yeshiva High School for Girls in Teaneck for the past ten. She has also served as a mentor through Prizmah’s You Lead Program for school leaders and for new teachers through the Jewish New Teacher Project.
