Polinger Coaches Meet for Second Full-Day Workshop
This week, second year Internal Coaches participating in our Polinger Program took part in the second in a series of full day workshops focusing on coaching skills. The day’s program, presented by External Coach and mentor, Andrea Rousso, addressed issues related to facilitating Hidden Sparks meetings in schools. Participating coaches were nominated by their previous mentors to join the Polinger program which supports Internal Coaches as they continue to hone their skills and work with faculty members at their schools. The two full-day workshops presented to these coaches this year supported the skill development that they have been focusing on with their mentors.
