Coaches-in-Training Ready for Shadowing
Having completed the ICP course, our Coaches-in-Training from 14 are ready to shadow an experienced coach to get a feel for the program in practice. Mentoring for these educators will begin in the fall, and they will receive ongoing support as they hone their skills.
