2014 Coach Retreat
The heart of Hidden Sparks–its coaches–came together for a day a day of learning and connecting at the 2014 Annual Coach Retreat. Their professionalism, love of learning and passion for helping each student realize his or her full potential, made the day rich and joyful. Coaches had the opportunity to participate in master classes on Student Observation, Metacognition and Collaborative Problem Solving Practicums presented by the Hidden Sparks leadership team. Additionally, the latest cohort of Internal Coaches received certificates for completing their training.
