Internal Coaches-in-Training Complete Shadowing
The 25 educators who completed our Learning Lenses and Coach Training course this year, have now completed their shadowing experiences and the first leg of their training. Starting in the fall, these coaches-in-training will begin to receive monthly on-site mentoring as they hone their skills.
